There are several blue collar/middle class/lower middle class neighborhoods where you can buy that have good tenants.

Of course the property has appreciated because of the renovations and the neighborhood is Blue collar good.This is been so far like a second job but we feel OK about it.

For me I grew up in a blue collar family and never spoke about money other than how many bills my parents had to pay.
