Assuming you've done all the work in the past, you need to sit down and write out all of the tasks you complete.  

If it's not a unique experience or amazing location (ideally both) you have to cut what you can to draw attention.

Our is a pretty unique model creating affordable housing with great returns.

It's a fee for the flexibility, and we make sure these unique terms are clear at the beginning.In my particular instance, I feel as the increase is still within the range (but high end) of market rate.

So that means they are bidding labor costs only- based on the task.

It's 2018 and technology has made working over an ocean less daunting of a task.

It has created a unique environment where skilled laborers can charge whatever they want and work whenever they want and the work ethic here is not great.
