Because occasionally, just for fun, I go to an event these people have at some hotel when they sweep through town on their promo tours where they sucker people in with cleverly crafted 1-1/2 hour front room presentations to sign up for a 3-day event, which of course, they use to promote a program that costs anywhere from $15,000 up to $50,000. 

Here are the details:Duplex built in 1920 Purchase price is $75K taxes are moderate to low, Both are 1/1 units.

Hello all :) I just have a general question.As a real estate agent in NY, if you get a listing from a client...the forms you must have the client sign are 1) Dual Agent disclosure2) Listing Agreement3) Lead Paint Disclosure if the home was built before 1978Am I missing any forms that are required?

I only expect that to continue to rise as the midtown area continues its revitalization and with the courthouse being built. 

What town is it located in?

@Dolly La Salle  Around here, if it's a 2% rule then it's in a part of town you're probably not going to be collecting rents every month anyway.

This is especially true of how the self-made among the affluent, those who built their fortunes from scratch, started.
