I was going to AVOID SLOs, Subject Tos, Wraps, Pre- Foreclosures, etc. until AFTER the SHTF again (and it's a "buyer's market") but now after more R & D, I think SLOs are "minimal risk" (when you can still get 2.5- 10% down, depending on the area) as are CLEAN pre- foreclosures, resold for CASH within 2- 3 months, one of two at a time.

This may be a high premium if all 3 properties are insured of r$150,000 total, but a very competitive premium if your total insured values are $1,000,000.Insurance companies base their premiums on a cost per $100 of insured building value.
