I have reached out to some members that I found via the search feature but haven't received many replys. 

Also, many people do not receive business until after the first 6-8 months.

I have asked around about hard money loans to fund the repairs, and most feedback I have received is that since I already own the property I will have trouble finding a hard money loan. 

That is consistent with the recommendation I received from another team member.

The information I have received states it has been above 90% occupancy, and it shows a 7 CAP rate and about 30k in expenses.

If I try to reply to someone, such as @Scott Trench or @Mindy Jensen in a message, while on my phone or one of two tablets, I can't.What happens is as soon as I type a word, then hit the space bar, the text I just typed disappears.At first, I figured it was my tablet. 

We will then transfer title to the LLC upon closing (we have received lenders permission to do this).My question is, when we come to purchase another property will the lender view me as responsible for the whole mortgage debt and only 33.3% of the income?

I completed a form online and a couple of weeks later, received a call from an FHA mortgage originator in Cranston, Rhode Island. 

@Percival P.I’m not all that familiar with VA loans so will refrain from giving advice but here’s a couple things to maybe look into: can you take title and receive the loan yourself and then later contribute it to the LLC and your partner contributes cash to the LLC in equal amount so that you are both equal partners just contribute different kinds of property?
