Actions I thought were smart turned out not to be.Just make sure you do most stuff correct than wrong and you'll be fine :)Great point @Cody L.I the market is doing very great now so it's normal to look back and think the same but I'm sure your money are been put to use on other $$$ generating investments so I won't see that as a mistake.Thanks for sharing.

It's strange, because AZ growth/appreciation and income numbers are only higher- and for the many investors taking advantage of the opportunity, there is a LOT of wealth being generated.

A 3rd generation family runs it and...well...many of these doors need love.I have a PML who will do 100% purchase and rehab costs as long as we are at 75% but he needs $75k per loan and this is a lot of C class properties at the moment and they will not qualify.
