I have a good idea of flooring and some electrical and drywall repairs, but there is still a lot I do not know how to estimate for without having an expert on site.

I have been doing this successfully for 20 years and I still love to come to a site like this to share experiences and get input from other investors.

Not sure about lease to own information but it’s a great site with some free forms and others that you have to pay for.

Hello,I am inquiring to everyone out there as to if anyone has any knowledge regarding any NON Accredited Fix and Flip Crowd sourcing web sites. 

We've learned so much and greatly value this site.

I still have to occasionally remind my wife that it is all good debt.But never lose site of the fact that investing is still very high risk. 

If you have a mortgage on the property, not repairing might not be an option, and than there is ordinance compliance, that could create issues with leaving the property abandoned, may require rebuild or site clean up.
