I believe that you need to teach people how to treat you and I already made the mistake of texting with them initially and now am paying the price by having to respond to texts via email.

You can only do STR with your primary residence, which is why some people of the MTR route.

You can meet flippers at meetups or try to obtain a list of people who have purchased houses for cash in your markets, then call them and see if they are interested in more.

This is a great place to grow your network and business.Plenty of helpful information and great people. 

Truly appreciate it.I believe every major metro with over 1 million people can be a good MTR market.

@Sydney Scherer, I'm sure a lot of people would recommend LVP or even tile as replacement flooring, but for rentals in kitchens especially I actually like peel & stick vinyl floors.
