I lost a couple grand on my 2022 taxes.

It's not worth losing a limb or your life over a couple grand.

Shouldn't cost you more than a couple grand.

The trailer may seem like it cost $7k, but it is still worth $5k on a bad day, so it is only investing a couple grand.

I have 2 dogs and will be spending a few grand in their care in the next couple of months.

Now they want you to pay almost 4 grand now another $2,400 to make them feel safer?!!

A grand kid or someone to help your dad with his day to day care, health issues, whatever.

I mean worse case scenario is one of the lien holders files a judicial or sheriffs sale ( however in that state lien holders foreclose) and you lose the property.. your only out a few grand.. no big risk.. and since the assets to most lien holders are not worth spending thousands to foreclose just do nothing..
