I mean worse case scenario is one of the lien holders files a judicial or sheriffs sale ( however in that state lien holders foreclose) and you lose the property.. your only out a few grand.. no big risk.. and since the assets to most lien holders are not worth spending thousands to foreclose just do nothing..
