Educate yourself daily, stay persistent, and network through BP and your local reia's.

If you are using a realtor to help out with finding you properties I would suggest they put you on a daily or twice a day search for properties.

Now, I am ready to take my laptop and move back to my properties in Brazil and all I need is a fast speed internet connection to make my Daily Cash each morning.

I am still learning daily, but my wholesaling business has come a long way.

We've closed over 800 investment properties since then including fix and flip and rentals and we are still learning daily.

So first they try to offset origination fees, then daily prepaids and then then escrow fees.

I have began by listening to the BP podcasts on a daily basis, and have read many books on the subject including the BP staple "Rich dad, poor dad."

You can be the pilot or the passenger...both have their merits.  

Hi there - not sure if this is quite the right forum or not for this question but thought it fit if you're in this space.I'm more of an idea guy who has participated in a lot of the trades (plumbing, electrical, decks, concrete etc) simply by doing work on my properties -- I'm not the guy you want out there doing the work on a daily basis (I can build and plan out a helluva privacy fence though) so anyways I get how stuff goes together and am pretty good at the planning/sourcing and handling money aspects.  

are you sure you are talking about them giving you access or them setting u up with daily feed of the MLS listings?
