Looking for something cost effective for tub wall surrounds in apartment units with as little seams as possible.

This is how a 19-year-old investor in my area got his first 2 duplexes (4 units before he turned 21)

Would you consider house hacking into a 1-4 unit with only 5% down needed?

Hello members, I am an out of state investor, currently owning 10 units in Cleveland.

My family and I would live in one of the units in order to be able to do this, and there would be an additional 3 units in order to get the full amount of the FHA loan. 

I'd suggest looking at some units that have a 9x9 bedroom. 

Have you considered how living in one unit and renting out the others can essentially let you live for free?

'A' is relatively newly built with a full amenity package: typically resort level pool, fitness center, dog park, in unit washer and dryer, playgound(s) if mostly family area, maybe covered parking/garages, etc.
