All expenses, from office supplies, mileage, business vehicle repairs, snow plowing , garbage pickup, property repairs, hours involved DIY repairs, contractors, Tax deduction, depreciation, etc.They all seem to handle the property management end of things rent, payments, background checks.

Rentals are the best vehicles in my opinion and you got a great first jump!!!

It's really an incredible vehicle to achieve your dreams and I really believe that anyone can succeed with hard work and some clever thinking.

Definitely worth a refi though if you can put the cash to work in an equal or better vehicle.

The price for every house in my market has been cut by about 6%… Not just houses, but vehicle prices are being cut 20%.

You can just as easily say "That's how I felt the day I signed the letter, then a few days later I decided to buy the car with cash" if somehow they were checking vehicle registrations later. 

You should have two major debts and that should be all - your current mortgage and vehicle.
