My mistake was listening to the property manager (who sold me the property) and now replacing the roof at the time of purchase and rolled the cost into the loan.Now my question is the legistics of replacing a roof.  

Reading, listening, and watching as much as possible.

Don't listen to what others say, find out for yourself.

Hello everyone, my name is Elie and am newly subscribed to BP but have been listening to the podcasts for a few weeks now.

That being said, if you break down what they do, and compare it to similar companies, it doesn't seem to warrant the extreme hatred they get on BP, unless maybe people are just jealous that these guru programs can make $40,000 for listening to questionable advice, when no one will listen to their good advice for free?
