Its a 4 unit brick building with identical layout.  3 units are rented and 1 is vacant.

How do they usually layout the insides of these things, a hotel room is rather small compared to a condo.

Who makes the design, layout finishes, decisions? 

From there, to help with your floor plans, you can ask for specifics here if you include some drawings and photos, and, most places that sell kitchen cabinets, for example, offer design layouts (although keep in mind they're trying to sell cabinets with as many bells and whistles as possible).

I used to lay out this fantastic plan for them..
