Too bad for them that their video helped me more than them (straight from the judge's mouth) and the judgement was in my favor with plaintiff awarded nothing.

It was against my better judgement to rent to a college kid but he had a full time job on top of his schooling and his parents where going to co-sign with him.Long story short he gave me $200 to hold the place and signed the reserve agreement.

Their rules verify I don't have to worry about any other non-governmental liens and their staff confirm they keep the file of who was served before the tax foreclosure judgement over 6 months ago.

Their wages were garnished and I won the judgement against them.
