I had the same trouble, finally found that All State would insure my triplex that was rented to students.  

I just found a house that the Tile Co show is owned by the VA.

Hello everyone,  Paul Brodeur here, just wanted to introduce myself here on Bigger pockets, I am from north Grosvenor dale Connecticut which borders central Massachusetts,  I am fairly new to real estate investing but it  has become my passion ,  I have been listening to the BP podcasts and have learned so much from them , I have owned a few rental properties in the past but had no idea what I was doing to be honest, I made a lot of mistakes and wish I would have found a place like BP back then , currently I am concentrating on finding fix and flips and wholesale deals in my northeast Connecticut and central Massachusetts areas, I am looking to learn and network and build great business relationships , thank you for looking at my post 

I found BP on a link from another website and have been a fan ever since. 

I'm a fairly successful technology entrepreneur / executive and we've found ourselves empty nesters in our early / mid forties.

I found them extremely helpful for my education in real estate.  

I would be surprised if you found many rehabbers in boston that troll this site looking for a lender.. or at least that would meet your requirements I suspect you already have those targeted and like  most of us in the business today we spend most of our time supporting KNOWN players to us.. instead of trying to cast a huge wide net and or train newer folks.

I found this piece of information on job growth in Cleveland.

One area I've found very fruit-ful is the recently retired demographic who need/are ready to move and don't have the ability to upgrade their homes for maximum sale price.  

The one thing I found to be of utmost importance in this business is networking and getting to meet as many people as you can.
