As far as business formation, you could spend countless hours researching the correct legal structure.

Although there were aspects to working with clients that I enjoyed and my income was similar to yours for those formative years, those commission checks often came with a heavy load of stress and anxiety and time away from my family. 

Have you considered having a consultation call format for one of the episodes?

Something like 3% return rate on the total price,  up side is your paying down the loan on the property in that format, no loan would look like $13,000 net I think, so 7% return..

So, I just spoke with Lakewood and they seem to think vertical duplexes could possibly work in the townhouse format where each duplex gets its own water and sewer and the lot is divided like a townhome.... this is just preliminary but looks promising.

Another thing you might consider is your office location, even if it is at your place, just do whatever has the least distractions.You might want to hire an Attorney and/or a CPA that could advise you on your company formation or any other tax consideration.  

Anyone have an RV or trailer parking storage agreement for WA in Word format?

I need some type of template for each house.I want a quick overview of the properties like - purchase date, amount paid, a picture of the house, rent amount, date rented... etc.Do you know where I can find a format like this? 

However I manage, market and rent them in the same format as the other six properties (they just didn't meet the guidelines).
