Hi Maurice,You could always find a room mate situation in a place near grocery and some fast foods.Just pick someone who matches you (introvert, extrovert, likes sports, or reads online most of the time).That way you will be less likely to get in each others way.Ask friends first--because the are a known item, vs the unknown.Good Luck!

What is your most favorite fan? 

For me that eliminates me having to be a landlord from 1000+ miles away and I don't have to manage contractors, because that is honestly one of my least favorite activities ever.
