Hi @Victor Velazquez,You, like many newer REI before you encountering this exact same challenge, need to repeat this three times:Rental income is mortgage qualifying income.Rental income is mortgage qualifying income.Rental income is mortgage qualifying income.Fire any lender that tells you anything about needing to see it on two years of tax returns, or similar.

Perfect,,  we had 3 story building and bled radiators every fall at start up.. so we were sure all was working , and occasionally would encounter a air block so adding water kept the system up and water circulating properly in the radiators. 

As for entering the real estate business you'll encounter challenges you never thought of.

That or you're going to have to get creative.I just remembered another house hack idea that I encountered in Charlottesville, VA.

In fact, you won't know if you actually have a good deal until you can estimate how much it will cost in repairs beyond the sticker cost.If someone's self image is "I'm not handy," that's one thing.

There are plenty of very specific factors in commercial real estate that you will never encounter in the residential space.

That is one course that should be refined years ago I was fortunate to take a course in social styles and thought I became good at it until I encountered the opposoite attracks challange and had to do businee with two opposites at the same time.
