Meth is a bad compound and a esquire/judge/jury would destroy a greedy R/E investor for not getting it tested if disclosed before selling or especially knowingly renting it that might expose the poor tenant to long term exposure....

This stuff certainly isn't brain surgery and can easily be learned from a book; another successful investor at your local REIA; or from other members on an internet forum (such as BiggerPockets).When I did my first Subject-2 deal, I bought an e-book off the internet and found it to be very thorough (it even included the forms).

Most of the 220 I see is for things like HVAC condensers and electric ovens and those are usually pulling 30 amps or more, which is going to account for more power usage than on a 15 or 20 amp 110.
