I'll update this situation for anyone who cares to follow it as things develop. 

I'm an investor and looking to develop a relationship with an REO manager or agent in the MD/DC/VA area, as well as in Detroit and Florida. 

Put yourself in the shoes of prospective tenants and the number one thing for them will be location.

The location is nice, but a new development was going to cause homes to appreciate rapidly.

Analysis:Rental of the Property Applicant Occupied Prior to the New Loan Use the prospective rental income only to offset the mortgage payment on the rental property and only if there is no indication that the property will be difficult to rent.This rental income may not be included in effective income.

I am here to learn, connect and develop with like-minded individuals.

What that means is that if you rest on your rights (to stop the bad neighbor with the violations I mentioned) you may well LOSE YOUR RIGHT to enforce against me.The place I live now allowed the above situation to develop over years.

Is there any possibility of future development from behind the existing section.

Over time the individual sections shift , develop gaps and leaks and that encourages root growth.
