Columbus is also home of The Ohio State University, one of the largest universities in the nation, which currently building a $1.79 billion inpatient hospital expansion.

But are there any current owners that would let me pick their brain?

If the vacancy rate is currently 5%, should I allocate 20% for a Great Recession like event.

I’m currently in Nigeria Africa, and seriously thinking about moving to the States to start a career as a real estate entrepreneur. 

I don't intend to work the cherries (the current owner leases them), but because of them, I have been told that it qualifies as a farm and I cannot get a conventional mortgage.

And that is a liability for us and for future tenants (and technically for the current tenants).
