Make sure you have an experienced inspector who also will give you an indication of life span for major systems.I'd create a sophisticated spreadsheet with as many costs broken out as possible.

I disagree as to me they are both needed, but I understand that for some it may not be necessary due to their threat level.Also using entities will create additional costs (creation, maintenance fee) and additional administrative burden to keep its protection veil intact (multiple bank accounts, paperwork trail, tax reporting).

Then any time you spend from a column you enter that as a negative.For clarity sake I also found that this go to be a lot of extra work as you are essentially creating a budget and then tracking your spending relative to that budget.
