Once I typed in "Bodycameras" in the search field and there were no posts I was thinking, "Crap, and I'm going to be the idiot that asks!" 

Contractors are notorious for that crap (I've been doing this 30 years - the homeowner is just stupid). 

Yes I broke about every rule possible on this one including paying to much.No I have bought all the materials which honestly some of it now has to be bought over again because he butchered it up and it looks like crap.

I wish my tenants would”  sew “me a big fluffy pillow so I can rest more and not awake to them calling me over stupid crap . 

I’ve been professional enough to see past that crap and work with lots of people ,many of which I strongly disagreed with their lifestyle their political ideas or their personal bigotry .

Early Tuesday morning i get and email telling me that there's been another offer, so i need to bring my highest and best.I just laughed, told my agent to submit my new offer at 68k. those people are idiots. it's on thing to try to push regular homeowners to play on their emotional feelings, but they have to learn that that crap does not work with investors.

I probably threw away $3000 worth of clothing and random crap they left.

What a foolish landlord the former owners were to actually put that crap in their lease .

Two or three showings and suddenly your nice newly painted walls look like crap.
