The curb appeal of the home is the FIRST thing prospective buyers see and nice landscaping and decorative trim along with multi paint clors and nice stucco can make all the difference in the first impression.Also, I often move or demo walls to create a more open and/or fluid floor plan.

@Travis Glenn in looking the proposal, that is a very small foundation job and I would not walk away from the deal if it still financially makes sense.If you want to give Boost Foundation Repair (www.boostfoundationrepair.com) a call they can give you a second opinion or you should get an engineer report if you're planning to flip the house.When you get the engineer report, you could get the engineer to come back out and check the work and provide a letter that states the property was repaired correctly along with their PE stamp.

it is harder to know exactly the cause with the third party manager involved.....for example, if you said you got calls and no showings, I might diagnose curb appeal issues.

Not sure if you're into flipping, but maybe by adding an extra room or bathroom you could boost the value, and then either rent out for higher rent then resell later on.
