Not only did he show up on time, with paperwork prepared with information on the property, pointing out both good AND BAD aspects of the property, he was educated on the area and shared his knowledge, he was extremely personable and was able to carry on a conversation with my significant other while I went in and took my usual videos/made my lists/etc.
