This is great news, especially for the folks living in and around Inglewood.

I just saw this on the news the other day.  

Both Fannie and Freddie are continuing and increasing the liquidation of their NPL assets to the secondary market so it looks like we will have more inventory later this year. http://www.dsnews.com/news/01-12-2016/fannie-mae-offers-largest-delinquent-loan-sale-to-date

I'm not sure if this is your first multifamily or if you have some experience, so this may be old news to you.

The good news is I just found one company that will do it for me.

They are considered vehicles for lack of a better term so you will have to develop some specialized knowledge to work that market.That's actually good news because if you are the one who goes to that trouble, you can probably dominate your marketplace because you know something others don't. 

I asked "whats the new platform and he said "Merchant Services, but i'd have to put you to the Sales team".i have spoken to Intuit 2-3 times in the past 2 weeks and this is the news to me.anyone else aware of it?

@Steve Bracero - The good news is that you can certainly still find property to cash flow positive with the PMI, but I would rather put down 5% with no PMI right off the bat, vs 3.5% with PMI until you hit the 20% threshold.With the property I bought in December, as soon as I can refi the PMI away, I'm essentially giving myself another $300 a month! 

yes I just got the news yesterday that someone had put in an offer so now I need to be out bi October 31st.
