Unfortunately weekdays at REALLY tough for me w my work schedule and a new baby at home but I can be flexible on weekends. 

I posted a revision to my math in the example I gave earlier... lesson learned not to do math while putting a baby to bed. 

We rented a downstairs unit once,  short-term, and the people above us had a baby while we were there, crying constantly, them up all night so we were up all night. 

Everyone on this website had to start somewhere and with baby steps.

One had a baby while in the unit and she just bathed the baby in the sink. 

Was anyone rushed to the hospital recently to have a baby...?  

It's not your job to baby the tenant.

We need more space because we want another baby.

When my uncle was in college (he was the baby by like 12 years) he lived down there, and it was nice having his own space.

It's clear that anyone who doesn't speak English will be viewed under the light of national origin, I covered that, how language is an obvious indicator of someone who ain't from here.It would be similar to say I don't rent to people who wear diapers due to health hazards of the diaper, well, that person is a baby, that relates to age discrimination, if it's an elderly adult you're obviously hitting on a physical issue they have, another area of discrimination.
