Check out Zillow and other property sites to see what is currently listed, what has recently sold (and for how much), and what recent rental units have been leased for.I'd also try to make it out to as many Local Investor Meetups as I can to have conversations with new and experienced investors near you.

Is there a Realtor "law" that requires a listing agent to submit any offer to the seller?

Are all Flat fee MLS listing companies created equal?

And their roof loss settlement is "variable by roof age", not actual replacement cost, nor depreciation adjusted (most insurances will hold the depreciation portion of a claim till the repair is done and only then release the funds).Make sure you compare apples to apples when shopping around, pay attention to what they give you for "free", what deductibles apply and when exactly you can get coverage from the insurance and to what limits.

To open a shop is easy, to keep it open is an art.Amir
