J Scott & Brian BurkeWhen I recently wrote my 342 page real estate book, I pretty much followed the same steps as J Scott, except that I inserted two editors as well as ISBN (international registry of books), copyright and Library of Congress into the mix.It took a lot longer than I ever imagined and much longer than most people would ever imagine.I did write a second unpublished book on tax sales, but its no where near being ready to publish.

I have to imagine any carpet would get pretty nasty after enough years and enough tenants.My units have some pretty durable floors throughout (no carpet), which really makes it nice during tenant turnover.

Had a friend call from VT yesterday, house was 90% rehabbed when they did the roof and were caught by a down pour.
