Obviously, not only are you going to be living there, but if you want to live there, likely others like you will want to live there too, so you will likely have a good choice of tenants.Budget is obviously another factor.  4 families in Hyde Park can be $600k, Oakley 400-500, Norwood you can start getting into maybe the $250s (don't quote me on this, I have not been looking in these markets).
