Any thoughts or feedback will be appreciated, without a doubt, real estate market has and will continue to be impacted, but do you feel the commercial real estate market has taken a nose dive or a starting a downswing cycle, will this be damage be temporary or permanent?

Hi Everyone,Spent my Sunday morning trying to take a deep dive into investing finance through an open source university course.

For example, if my initial rehab estimate comes in low when analyzing and makes it a good deal, I will want to do a deeper analysis which involves having my boots on the ground visiting the property.  

I'm new to notes and have been taking a deep dive over the last 4 weeks.

I’m young-ish (26) and extremely motivated to get started in real estate investing.Throughout the last year or so, I’ve been doing a lot of research, (books, podcasts, YouTube) along with meeting face to face with several enlisted members with real estate experience, all in the name of procuring as much knowledge as possible before diving in head first to our first property.

I took a dive into the AL COVID numbers and Huntsville is holding up well relative to the other major cities in AL. 

If I deduct $150 out of $171, I am just looking at $21 😶Please don't take this the hard way but you you should really know the bare minimums before diving in.

Great free resource to teach you the basics, then you can always buy books to dive in deeper later if you feel that's necessary.
