Welcome Wesley, I just spent the weekend out in Reno / Sparks area and am also intrigued with the area for buy & hold rental investing.  

Quick updateOne of the tenants for rented units moved in today and the other will be moving in this weekend.

So I'm looking for something I can do on the side, on weekends, after work, etc. 

We just spent $2,000 for an extended weekend course, and other than a few great tips it was pretty worthless considering the fact that I have learned that same information as well as a lot more from just being on biggerpockets for a week.

I have a extremely busy weekend coming up at my part-time job for the holiday and the week after a family reunion but in between and after these would you be interested in getting together?

He's going to think about a percentage and get back to me.I was extremely overwhelmed over the weekend looking at new development in Denver, only needing $15k down and a bank statement to hold a unit for 6 months, than potentially sell.

(If you have a house don't worry about paying that off yet, I'll give you an idea of what you can do about that in a bit)2) once all your debt is paid off, start saving money, you save money by only buying what you need NOT WHAT YOU WANT, so you NEED hygienic supplies, food, clothes (but only once every 2, 3 months making a budget on that of maybe $100 to $150 per person in the house hold) you need gas, utilities, rent or mortgage ect.. you DON'T NEED for example if you have cable with HBO do you really need Netflix and do you really need to go to the movies every weekend, do you need to have all the movie packages that the cable company offers??

Does this period include weekends and/or holidays?
