How much do you think medical care would be for you?

Seems like jobs are mainly medical and college type jobs. 

I always have a lease agreement in place, it looks very similar to long-term leases but with a few extra things added for the furniture and cancellation policies with traveling medical professionals.

I am being reasonable about it, as in it might have to do with some type of family issue, medical issue, or some other pressing issue; however, there should be some type of communication.

I recently discovered a tenant of mine has their medical card and has been smoking in one of my units.

sh*t hits the fan (job loss, medical emergencies), are you able to make your car payment, student loan payment, and float a vacant rental property?
