I'm a brand new rehabber from Florida who wants to start getting into real estate .

I sold that house to them and saved myself a realtor fee (6%= $11k).I don't think facebook alone will get you any business but it helps build your brand.

I´m considering to buy with a loan from the bank, a brand new house.The plan is to pay a down-payment and the house be payed with the rental monthly income, in a 30 year span.As time passes, I plan to amortize to capital in order to end quickly.Do you think that´s a good idea?

Hi All, Thanks for the input, project cost of $3.6mm is for a micro room concept similar to the new Best Western brand Vib  or Yotel that is being developed in SF as well but just a stripped down non-branded version.

But since ours is brand new construction up there, it's not going to need the repairs that the rest of the old house is going to need.

I tend to shy away from brand new houses/plexes because the builders tend not give any good deal at all.
