In this experience I found a true love sitting with fit out companies discussing options and design firms that create 5 star hotels learning what I could.Now that I am back in the states I am hitting the ground running with a wee bit of cold feet, I've decided to team up with people I know and trust who have extensive experience in flipping houses.At this moment I have no solid interest in rental property, flipping houses and eventually moving to commercial real estate.

Thanks @Matt Lefebvre I have realized that the 2% rule is a mirage in NH, unless you can really find a good deal as a foreclosure/ pre-foreclosure and or a major rehab and you are really looking for putting a lot of rehab into something and then holding it as a rental, you might make it 2% if every star aligns... lol.  

I find it interesting to read the one star reviews of his books on Amazon.com - they provide a good insight.

I was just curious about the seminars actual results being that A&E's "Flipping Boston" show starred the two fellahs who promote the course program.

If the stars align, you can realize positive cash flow while taking a passive loss for tax purposes.

Since we just listed this house recently, all I care about is 5 star reviews.

Now that we are established with all 5 star reviews on AirBNB and VRBO, May and Sept are usually booked solid as well.
