What do you clients like the most when working with you?

I will be looking into the opportunity with a partner who has several years of experience in RE and good amount of client network.

Interesting enough, a broker went with his client and his client was one of the other bidders.

It means its a duplex with a third unit that the city does not recognize, (illegally renting it out).

I learned how to focus on getting the job done and because I wasn't a threat to the end client's W-2 employees (I could never get promoted to the corner office), I could get away with ignoring office politics.

They've inspected small multifamily for me a couple times and have done plenty of inspections for our clients.

So if I have a listing I have agreed to look after my clients interests above all others.

I have a client that is interested in purchasing a large estate to use as an assisted living facility, but they aren't currently able to swing the down payment.

I transact nationally with clients and then I also have passive investors invest with me so my focus is those 2 buckets.
