I would like more information about asset protection.

Bear in mind title is wife and I name and we have the proper insurance policy to protect us from suit.

Most listing agreements do have a protection period after listing termination, read the listing.  

I am 1 person don't like to get my family involved, how can I structure an LLC to utilize the Trump new tax deduction and legal protection when california don't recognize 1 member LLCs and loose all the LLC legal protection?

@Darlynn Bailey - 1 LLC for 1 house is obviously the best asset protection option.Having said that you dont necessarily need a LLC per rental.
