I decided I need to buy a SFH (no more mobiles) in a local area.

Do you happen to know how to do this from your mobile phone?  

(We also were left 3 mobile homes in another area. 

I have done a few deals  (mobile homes and single family homes) and we were wondering if anyone knows a real estate agent who is comfortable to list properties for lease option in Houston.

@Lucas Bonasio Mobile Home Parks are extremely safe investments compared to hotels or apartments.

I followed your podcast and tool detailed notes (great stuff by the way).I contacted my Investor Friendly Title Company.They said they can fedex out or do mobile signing BUT they need a signed contract first before creating any escrow documents/instructions.I explained the following:What I would like to do is send my Purchase & Sale Agreement, along with, Affidavit of Equitable Interest contract, to you and have the escrow documents drawn up (based on those documents) and sent to the seller for signing, completion and return.

I drove by that address only to discover that its a mobile home park of about 200 homes.

Hello, I had a question regarding some vacant/abandoned mobile homes in my neighborhood. 

I've read some about multifamily properties, some about townhomes and some about mobile homes.I don't make a lot of money at my day job, but I live frugally and currently have about 3k saved up - very close to being able to get an FHA 3.5% down loan on ~100k worth of townhome - I would get 3bed/2ba and rent the extra bedrooms out. 

As a surfer I always dug his choice mobile home location at Paridise Cove.
