We don’t have any good examples of 4 bedrooms with that type of theming, but a nicely themed 5-6 bedroom in Emerald Island or WH should gross anywhere between $55k-$70k, maybe more.

I'd say first step is to pick what type of investment you're looking to do (i.e BRRRR, Flip, Buy and Hold, etc.) then find a market that supports that strategy.

hi @Neetu Patil, that's unfortunately more common in CA these days, many companies have stopped quoting new business and/or are dropping certain types of homes.
