My objective is to get enough passive income to eventually focus on investing and building myself as a business as my job/career instead of working for other people or companies.

I feel like that probably isn't the case based on all the posts I see from people investing in the Ohio region.

These forums are a great place to learn and meet people, whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned investor.

That will raise the eyebrows of tax people and zoning and they will come knocking.Neighbors will often be savvy when it comes to STR's and they will call the city.

From air rights to zoning laws, it can get complicated but I believe with the right team of people, it’s possible to create opportunities where others didn’t see or gave up soon.  

Just read the threads on here and listen to people talk past each other.

Because I'm the boots on the ground here locally in VA and NC I believe I can add great value to people that may live somewhere that they cant get access to the type of opportunities I have in their local markets.

Hey that's fine, my suggestion is to listen biggerpockets podcast where people talk about interviewing agent all the time.
