Just curious why NWA is listing a property for sell on Craigslist that has already gone option pending in the MLS listed by an entirely different brokerage?

I can tell you I got an eviction pending now that took way longer than I anticipated .

Just the "fear" of the pending foreclosure and crappy financial situation for sellers ( lost job , bad tenants, stress) may affect prices in the next several months.

Re Seattle the pending law has a carve out for smaller LLs with 5 or fewer units.  

Homeowners, and relatives of homeowners have a shorter time frame, since it is assumed that they were aware of the pending foreclosure (the foreclosee typically receives dozens of notices by certified mail, frequently 2-3 in a day, sometimes duplicated).
