I toured a prefab company, Blue Lofts io has some units, but its very tough to make it profitable.

When I look at my properties blue print, I add up the math and the livable property is around 1660 sq. ft. but when I look on zillow, etc... they all say 1200ish sq ft.

Do not use craigslist, many scammers, Just post in local forums and ZillowGood LuckBTW I was born and raised in Blue Point 

Some of the more important ones are: location (traffic street, near commercial-more noise, culdesac-no traffic or noise, etc), site size (smaller or larger than typical, useable lot area, etc), views (any significant views - ocean, lake, mountain, canyon, etc.) a couple of the markets I work in, a view can mean the difference of millions of dollars, square footage of living area (gla), bedroom/bathroom count, age (year built, older vs newer), condition (renovated, original, etc), quality (highly upgraded vs original, no upgrading), etc.

Currently I work a Blue Collard job that I can’t leave just yet.

Creating content takes time and it better be solid to break through the ocean of RE content out there.

Stay away from Blue states bro.
