The returns are good news b/c now I can cross off those bad addresses from my list.2) I have gotten 2 responders (actually talked to me) so far out of about 300 mailed letters, and generally higher call volume calling my recorded message (can't prove it's from my letters, but likely given the timing).3) My letter was brief (one page) and highlighted the pain points for tired landlords (vacancies, repairs, late payments, expenses, etc.)Still not yet getting motivated sellers calling me, but at least I'm getting a few calls.

Perhaps he/she inflated your income, called this property your primary residence, manipulated your credit report, etc., The theory behind this is that, had the loan officer not falsify the application, you would not be in the financial turmoil your in now.

You will always personally guarantee the LLC loans (unless you have a non-recourse loan which is rare on residential) but the 4 prop max doesn't apply because it still won't report to your personal credit report.

Depending on what is on someone's credit report the mortgage broker can also do a rapid rescore to increase the score in 48 hours.I do this for a living so I know increasing your score can be done very quickly.
