Does anyone own an RV, Boat, or Truck storage business?

I'm in a different market (business brokering). 

 Do you recommend I buy a house in my government name and then transfer the title to my business or just buy in my business name from the jump ?

I am looking for guidance on navigating Tampa’s real estate market, insights into specific neighborhoods, and information on available multifamily properties.

The repair cost will be around $10-$15k to get rent ready again.I reached out to Rtr a couple of times before this to voice my concerns/frustrations to see how I should navigate what has been going on with the property and PM company.

I met a future business partner at a live auction although it didn't work out.

She or he is themselves an entrepreneur, perhaps their exit plan is to get the business up and running, and then sell it somewhere in that 5-10 year window.
