Before I moved down to Florida full-time, I used to rent my house in Largo for half the year on Airbnb/VRBO to help pay the mortgage when I was not here.

I will fix the floor damage and move on.

Also keep in mind though that if they're offering a rate that much lower than the rest of the market, why hasn't the whole market moved towards that and why wouldn't everyone be using them?

Also, 44102, depending on the neighborhood, could be really valuable moving forward. 

Any other gotcha'sI am looking to move from using QuickBooks and manually running ACH to a product such as this, with the added ability to track any maintenance items, etc.

These smaller deals are much easier to estimate numbers and look at as there are not as many moving parts.

So many companies are moving and developing here such as Intel, Google, FB, Amazon, Honda, etc and essentially why I moved here myself.

My wife and I did the same thing last year when we moved to Charlotte.

In-laws goals: downsize from their current property, have a constant rent payment going forward (on fixed income), and avoid a situation where the landlord wants to sell property while they are renting.
