@Grant Rothenburger and @Paul CaputoI failed to mention that we really need to get the concrete work done and don't have that cash on hand, so will need to finance that much at least.  

Do you believe that a young, baby faced RE investor will be able to secure funding from a bank, or should I focus on more creative ways of financing RE deals?

@Chris Tracy and @Grant Rothenburger I think both of you have stated some very good info and I appreciate it, with that being said can there be a dollar amount put on it or what would be a starting point,  I am looking and I have one or two in mind but as a working person have to stay within reason until I can get that first deal done.

@Ericka Grant I cannot speak on the legality of any of this as I am not an attorney.

Some people have them for anxiety and possibly the firearm makes them feel more safe and secure. 

It'd just be one less person to hold accountable if things go bad or they end up leaving damage/money owed that isn't covered by the security deposit when they move out.
