We bring him salt water taffy from NJ.We're ok with food gifts, so hopefully that's what she has for you @Colleen F. - or maybe the rent a few days early.I suppose if it's something expensive, you could just say "thank you" for this one, but you have a policy not to accept gifts from tenants, as taking care of your property is gift enough for you :)
