Buying at auction sight unseen other than a walk around, I was stunned to see when i finally did get inside that the home had forced air heating and central air conditioning.....really lucked out there...it appears to be original because it had these big old cast iron floor grates.

Our biggest economic impact comes from being the home of East Carolina University as well as having the largest hospital and medical services east of Raleigh.  

However, I think there's a BIG difference when you're talking about the potential impacts of divorce with personal interests versus business interests.

I have a bunch of 10yr+ tenants because I have never forced them or reminded them to make a decision.

There was no evidence of tampering with locks or other forces entry.We put it under contract to purchase the property and the wholesaler was adamant on using a specific title company.

Have you forced appreciation since purchasing?

Ie buy a property that needs renovating and force the rents higher by the renovations.  

They forced me to turn the loan into a 203k.You just have to make sure the numbers work for the property.

I have no experience in the real estate flipping and my job forces me to make this as a passive investment than an active one.
