New large deck (11' x 28' and 8' off ground) switchback...

I am from bayarea and exploring out of state investment options.One of my friend moved to NC recently and he is recommending to invest in either in holly springs or Fuquay-Varina. properties in holly springs went up in last one year. i have seen some properties in FV which are below < 350k range and rents around 1500-1800$. if my goal is property appreciation, which one would be the better bet. or are there any other areas which has potential to grow down the line other than these 2 areas?

These types of properties are rather unique unto themselves, how to best lease, duration of tenancy, what ideal tenants value and de-value, how they act in regards to management etc etc.

Ask questions about their track record, their team, and what makes them unique.

Hi All,I came across a unique situation and wanted to see what the BP community thinks.

I have an exceptional strip of land on Federal Highway with an older strip plaza on it.It has one of the biggest frontages on Federal, just south of Commercial, and I'm looking to redevelop it into fewer, key tenant units.The closest Starbucks is about half a mile north and it shares a tiny unit with Chipotle with a horribly laid out drive-thru.I feel it's worth exploring the idea of building them a stand alone unit on my land, along with a few other headline tenants.Can anyone point me in the direction of a local tenant rep that dealt with them?

It sits on a 1/3 acre lot (huge for central Austin) and had a very specific and unique charm to it.
